  2. Learning Outcomes Pada akhir pertemuan ini, diharapkan mahasiswa akan mampu : • Mahasiswa dapat membuat diagram / skema untuk assessment setiap tahap pengembangan sistem EUIS

  3. Outline Materi • EUIS Proyek Manajemen (EPM) • Tahapan dalam EPM : Menentukan Scope, Plan Proyek, Menentukan requirement, membuat proposal proyek, seleksi usulan, implementasi solusi, evaluasi hasil, pelembagaan proses bisnis • Model EPM

Contoh : Tujuan Hasil pengamatan analis sbb : • Perlu pengembangan sistem pengelolaan dokumen untuk menghemat pemakaian paper dan mempercepat proses • Menyediakan tools untuk tugas-tugas khusus kelompok kerja • Membuat jaringan sistem antar cabang • Menyediakan data untuk penelitian pasar • Membuat rencana impleemntasi knowledge management

Conceptual Approaches to EUIS Analysis • Decision support approach : menentukan kualitas decision memakai informasi critical dan dalam waktu yang tepat • Quality of work life approach (QWL) : bagaimana cara kerja yang benar, motivasi kerja, job design • Management of computing resources approach : bgmn efisiensi pemakaian teknologi yang sudah ada

EUIS Project Management (EPM) • Define project scope : goal, ruang lingkup, stakeholder, outcomes, waktu • Plan the project : menyusun organisasi tim proyek, serta membuat rencana kerja dan estimasi • Access requirements : gambaran sistem yang berjalan pernyataan yang menghubungkan goal dengan teknologi • Describe the proposed solution in detail : spesifikasi rancangan proses bisnis, prosedur dan job
