Home page • Now with new SDOL • You will now see the most recent five[5] transactions and supplier name on the Home Page • Run your mouse over the Account Activity menu to see all the menu options available to you from the Home Page

Selecting date range • In old SDOL, the process was • Select the Financial tab • Select account summary • Select the Billing Cycle • Select the VIEW button
Selecting date range • Now with new SDOL, the process is • From the home page select either Total Transactions link or Transaction Summary from the Account Activity menu • Select the Reporting Cycle, then Search

Transaction summary • Now with SDOL, the process is • All transactions will be displayed, simply scroll down the page to see all transactions • You can click Posting Date, Transaction Date or Transaction Amount to sort the transactions • You can click the Detail Icon to see more information associated with the transaction 1 2 3 1 2 2 2 3

Expense report • In old SDOL, the process was • Select reports from menu • Select Run Reports from the sub menu • Select Expense Report from the reports list • Select Date Range • Select Run
Expense report • Now with SDOL, the process is • You will need to schedule the report and you will receive an email when the report has run • Select Schedule Report from Menu
Expense report • Step 2 – Select Cost Allocation Scheme – yours will default, click NEXT • Step 3 – Add a filter or click NEXT to continue • Step 4 – You can type a Description Or click NEXT to continue
Expense report • Step 5 – Select a Reporting Cycle and click SAVE to schedule the report • Once the report has finished running [usually within 30 seconds] you will receive an email advice
