  2. VisionStatement The Health and Personal Care Logistics Conference (H&PCLC) is dedicated to promoting the goals of their member manufacturing companies by supporting their supply chains through education, provider relations, government relations, advocacy, and professional networking.
  3. H&PCLC Overview Health & Personal Care and Pharmaceutical Industries has been fulfilling the needs of supply chain professionals within the healthcare industry since 1922. The H&PCLC conference has evolved and changed over time to encompass all areas and subjects relevant to the supply chain, including collaborations with key service providers. Based in Washington, DC, the H&PCLC now serves a global community of professionals working in the personal care and pharmaceutical industries. The H&PCLC works to influence current and future logistics regulatory issues, including security and compliance issues. The H&PCLC is biannual, occurring each spring and fall.
