Product Overview- Adult Bike • Over 90% recycled cardboard, other materials are PET (recycled bottles) and rubber. • High load-carrying capacity – Current model can carry over 150 kg (was tested with over 150 Kg). • Fire and water resistant (tested!). • The bicycle components are designed to be manufactured on a fully automated production line with a simple assembly process. 17

  5. First product - Balance Bikes • 3 parts made out of Cardboard: frame, seat, front. Recycled plastic and rubber for wheels and axles. • Very low weight (less than any competing product) – 2.2 KG / 5 pounds • Large payload (was tested for over 80 kg / 200 pounds) • Very high profit margins: • Raw Materials – $5.5 • Manufacture – $1-2 • Sale’s prices – $24.99 22
