GPMRC Global patient movement requirements center (GPMRC) Contact info: 1-800-303-9301, (618) 229-4200, DSN: 779-4200 Location: Scott AFB, IL Definition:(DOD) A joint activity reporting directly to the Commander, US Transportation Command, the Department of Defense single manager for the strategic and continental United States regulation and movement of uniformed services and other authorized patients. The Global Patient Movement Requirements Center provides medical regulating and aero medical evacuation scheduling for the continental United States and inter theater operations and provides support to the theater patient movement requirements centers. The Global Patient Movement Requirements Center coordinates with supporting resource providers to identify available assets and communicates transport to bed plans to the appropriate transportation agency for execution. JPMRC Joint patient movement requirements center (JPMRC) Contact info: DSN: 318-436-2886/4417/4418 Location: AUAB, Qatar Definition: (DOD) A joint force health service support center under the control of the subordinate joint force surgeon, established to coordinate and control, in terms of identifying bed space requirements, the movement of patients within and out of the joint operations area. The joint patient movement requirements center also generates subordinate joint force commander (JFC) plans and schedules to evacuate the subordinate JFC's patients to medical treatment facilities in accordance with the supported combatant commander's Theater Patient Movement Requirements Center theater plans and schedules for movement of the patient to the Medical Treatment Facility.

TPMRC Theatre patient movement requirements center (TPMRC) Definition: TPMRC is a joint agency normally located at or near the overseas theater headquarters and which functions under the supervision of the theater surgeon. The functions of the TPMRC include: consolidating requests for transfers to CONUS facilities and maintaining direct liaison with the GPMRC, MROs of component services, and transportation agencies which furnish evacuation transportation. Additionally, the TPMRC will obtain periodic reports of available beds from the MROs of services providing hospitalization,  and based on reported bed availability, select medical centers or hospitals to receive patients. The TPMRC will be formed only when more than one service provides hospitalization in the theater of operations

PACOM TPMRC: (comm.) 011-81-311-755-4700/4857 DSN: 315-225-4700 or 4857; Location: Hickam AFB, Hawaii responsibilities: The TPMRC-E is a 24-hour, one stop shop for integrating patient movement requirements. The primary mission is to coordinate and communicate patient movement requirements to service components that execute the patient movement mission.
