Managed Office Pricing FAQ • Q: What is included in a Managed Office Bundle? • A: The MO bundle includes the loop, port, all of the equipment and business applications presented in a per seat pricing model to the customer. • Q: What connectivity options are available in the MO Bundle? • A: The bundle is available when selling Ethernet 10 or 100 Mbps. • Q: What is the Managed Office Essentials Bundle? • A: The MO E bundle is everything that is included in the MO bundle with the exception of a wireless access point (WAP) and the business applications. • Q: What connectivity options are available in the MO E Bundle? • A: The bundle is available when selling Ethernet 10 or 100 Mbps. • Q: Is the loop included in the bundle when the access is out of territory? • A: It is; however there is an adder (line item addition to the invoice) if the loop is • priced higher the loop dollar allowance.

Managed Office Pricing FAQ • Q: What does ala carte mean when pricing Managed Office or Managed Office Essentials? • A: Ala carte means that loop and port may be priced in addition to the seat price. Depending on the scenario, the loop may be priced separately. In certain situations, your customer may also have a port that is priced ala carte (separately). See the pricing matrix for further clarification. • Q: Is equipment also priced as an ala carte item? • A: No. Your customer will get all of the equipment included in the seat price. • Q: Can DS-1 and NxDS-1 or tiered Ethernet be bundle into the seat price? • A: No. The speeds are priced ala carte to the seat price. • Q: How does the ala carte option for Managed Office/Essentials differ from Hosted VoIP? • A: All of the equipment is included in the seat not just the IP Phones.

  5. Managed Office Pricing FAQ • Q: How many TNs are included in the seat price? • A: Each seat will get a TN and voice mail. Additional TNs are available at a charge. • Q: Are hunt groups included ? • A: 4 Hunt groups are included – additional ones are available at an additional charge. • Q: Can my customer get a soft client added to a seat? • A: Yes, soft client are available at an additional charge. • Q: Can a seat price be aggregated and used across multiple locations? • A: Yes. If you have a mix between Ethernet and DS-1/NxD-1, you may want to consider an ala carte option for access (loop) in order to utilize a common price per seat. • Q: If one of my locations exceeds 100 seats, can I still sell Managed Office/Essentials? • A: Yes. Utilize your SE to ensure you have the proper mix of equipment. You may utilize Pricing and Offer Management for pricing these types of opportunities.
