  6. What happened? • 2005: E.G’s (believed) final editorial and handover to NORSOK-secretariat (N.s) • 2006: What was expected to be N.s minor preparation for Publicenquiry turned out to be so extensive that new treatment in E.G was necessary with new editorial (including updating ref.s)

Changes after revision • Chapter 7 Tekniske krav • Beredskapskammer: • Ved overflatebasert dykking hvor det ikke planlagt dekompresjon kan størrelsen være 160 cm diameter. • Bail out: • Lagt til en tekst som tilsier at det skal være nok reservegass til at dykkeren kan komme i sikkerhet. • Kommunikasjon: • Hentet ut tabell fra ”US mil. Standard” vedr. MRT score(tidligere ref) og lagt inn i standarden.

Changes after revision Chapter 8 Operasjonelle requirements • Diver’s logbook: required content • Saturation procedures put in to standard • Compression, Excursions, Decempression • Surface oriented procedures: • British bottomtime restrictions • > 9 msw (or equivalent air depth) > 3days: one day without (or<9msw) 4th day • Deep (>180msw) saturation diving • Only guidance, “not verified”

  26. Internationalisation • Adaption to UK legislation/requirements have been implemented • Bottomtime, diver’s logbook, medic date etc. • NORSOK U-100 have been used in Iran with positive feedback
