  1. Outsourcing Baryon Resonances The workload of Charles Wohl who handles these particles is extremely high relative to other LBNL people, and he is retired. He is willing to be relieved of this duty (baryon resonances) so he can focus on his other assignments. Note: The meson resonances have been “outsourced” for 50 years.

  2. Proposal from the management of Jefferson Lab (JLAB) (See slides from JLab) With the establishment of the JLab Physics Analysis Center (JPAC), it would seem natural for JLab to be the hub for this activity. The role of JPAC is to act as lead coordinatorfor amplitude analyses round the world, to facilitate exchange of technology and methodologies in the eraof precision high statistics experiments.   JLab continues to have an extensive program of baryon physics with the 12 GeVupgrade with new detectors and novel neutron targets to allow a whole suite of polarization measurementsto be made that will impact on both baryon and meson spectroscopy.A proposed team of EberhardKlempt, Ron Workman, Volker Burkert and LotharTiator, who have agreed to work as the "outsourced" N* team.
