  22. Souhrida Club • Souhrida Club is envisaged as the basic unit of the programme this club will also function as helpdesk and helpline for the students and parents. • The objective of the help-desk would be to intervene in the issues faced by children and assist the child as and when necessary

And the school level AHEPprogrammes must be approved by the committee before implementation.Ensure the support of the committee

Awareness programme for teachers 1.Awareness programmes for teachers-As the initial step of intervention in schools, orientation programme regarding the importance of Life skill Education may be conducted for all teachers in the school. The orientation programme may be facilitated by the Nodal teacher trained by DDE/SCERT/KSACS • July2012 • Nodal teacher will impart awareness to all teachers and ensure their cooperation in the programme

Awareness programme for parents • Awareness programmes for parents-The Principal of the school may convene a special meeting of PTA for discussing and implementing Life skill Education, in which the nodal teachers may explain the objectives and importance of Life skill Education program • July- 2012 • Nodal teacher will explain the importance and content of the program to the parents
