Miss Oklahoma State Fair’s Rising Stars Program The Miss Oklahoma Scholarship Pageant has started a mentoring program for young girls aged 6-11, to allow them the opportunity to participate in the Miss Oklahoma Pageant and pair them with Miss Oklahoma Local Pageant contestants to mentor them. THIS IS NOT A COMPETITION. The Miss Oklahoma State Fair Pageant board will be sponsoring a “Rising Stars” program with our 2011 Miss Oklahoma State Fair Pageant. The Rising Stars will be an integral part of the Pageant. Each Star will receive a tiara, a t-shirt, entry to the pageant and one (1) additional ticket to the Miss Oklahoma State Fair Pageant (additional tickets can be purchased). They will appear onstage for a production number with Miss Oklahoma State Fair, and the Stars will escort one of our contestants during evening gown competition. The entry fee is $60 to participate.
