  1. Radius Search

  2. Radius searches allow you to retrieve properties that fall within a selected radius around a subject property. Furthermore, you can select criteria that defines the type of properties you will receive within the selected radius.

  3. Click on the Radius search button found on the Site criteria column.

  4. You will receive a Radius entry box where you can enter your subject property and mile radius around your subject property.

  5. Enter an address in the "subject address" space. If you enter an address on file, the entire address including zip code will appear in the "subject address" space.

  6. If there is more than one matching address record on file once you have entered your subject address, the OK button will not become active. You will automatically receive a list of all matching properties on file. • Click on the desired address from the list to highlight it and click OK. That address will appear in the "Subject Address" space in the Radius entry box.

  7. Once you have entered your subject address, if there is only one matching property on file, the OK button will become active. In this example, 560 N. Main Street in Akron, OH, has been entered. NOTE: A property must have a nine-digit zip code in order to be a viable subject address of a radius search.

  8. Enter a radius in the space provided. Select a radius from .1 to 20 miles around the subject address. Either enter the radius manually or move the vertical bar to the right of the radius box to enter your radius. In this example, the search will include properties 3.9 miles around the subject address. Click OK.

  9. The subject property and the radius entry will appear on the Criteria Select Screen.

  10. You may now select additional criteria to be included in your radius search (such as number of bedrooms, land use code, etc.). Click OK (Begin Search) You will receive your search results on the Search Results screen.
