CO contradicts doctors and Air Force Headquartersand refuses to let me fly until blood infusions stop, (ref. ch. 26). CO phones an immunologist, without authorisation, and gives him false Information—viz. that I cannot fly and continue blood infusions. So, after the CO interfered, suddenly the ADF stops my blood infusions. the bennymay story

ADF doctors are quick to admit that the doctors had nothingto do with causing the blood infusions to stop, (ref. ch. 27). My treating doctor, WGCDR Dr Michael O’Donoghue writes, ‘The decision to discontinue this [Intragam] treatment was not made by the [medical] staff at Williamtown.’ ADF, without a time machine, argues the decision was made in late June or early July, but then acted upon and executed that decision in late April or early May of the same year! This must be one of the least believable claims the ADF has ever made. In other words, the ADF tries illegally to cover up its previous illegal actions, and everybody can tell it’s all lies. the bennymay story

I suffered an ‘18 month period of numerous viral illnesses, adverse reactions to vaccinationsand fatigue.’ ADF does a back-flip and decides I cannot be in the ADF whilst on Intragam blood infusions. Since at least one other RAAF pilot was on Intragam, this constitutes discrimination. The ADF admits there are ‘inconsistenciesin the medical and administrative handling of [the assessments of my] fitness for flying and attendance on Pilot’s course.’ the bennymay story

The ADF officers know they are discriminating, and breaching human rights and equity laws and principles (ref. ch. 30). ‘Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself ... including ... medical care ... and the right to security in the event of ... sickness, disability, ...or other lack of livelihood...’(Article 25 (1) The Universal Declaration of Human Rights) ‘[bennymay] only appeared to achieve long-term relief from his symptoms when undergoing sustained treatment using intravenous Intragam over a 12-month period.’ The ADF confirmed this with a negative argument: ‘When medication ceased, [bennymay] had a relapse of his symptoms.’ In other words, the ADF knows I need healthcare treatment, yet INTENTIONALLY refused it.
