Té les fulles d’un verd viu per damunt i blanquinoses per sota, estretes i agudes , con si fossin agulles. • El romaní és una planta mediterrània. • El romaní creix bé al costat d’altres plantes, i produeix boniques flors amb colors que van del blau al rosa i en blanc. Planta llenyosa típicament mediterrània, resisteix bé l’hivern de les postres latituds. Tolera la sequera. • Es fa servir per aromatitzar les salses de tomàquet, les mongetes i el carbassó i també a les carns a la graella. També són apreciades les seves qualitats curatives i de les seves flors, s’extreuen unes essències per fer locions. English: • Rosemary is a plant that grows into a bush measuring 50cm by 2m in height, blooming green with a strong aroma all year round. Its leaves are a vibrant green on top and whitish underneath, as well as thin and sharp like needles. • Rosemary is a Mediterranean plant. • Rosemary thrives growing near other plants, and blossoms beautiful flowers in various colors such as, purple, pink, and white. Typically found in the Mediterranean, rosemary is a woody herb that survives well during our winter seasons and tolerates dry climates. • This plant is used for its aroma in tomato sauces, green beans, zucchini, and also on grilled meats. Also, rosemary is appreciated for its curative qualities and its flowers are used for essential oils in lotions.
