After School Care • Sherwood childcare center: 500m away from mother’s work place(NUH). • After school, son may take school bus to the centre and mother could pick up son after work. • Education provided by the after school care centre • Parents not affected by unplanned absences thus able to perform better • Kids under AFSC improved their behavior and social interaction • Parents will have peace of mind, less stress, cope better with life
