  6. SWOT Analysis Strength – Good team work & network to recruit speakers. Weakness – Recruiting new members. Opportunity – Host joint events with other groups. Threat – Staying relevant as local technical employment conditions improve and CTCN membership ages.

  7. Chapter Plans / Issues Mix topics at monthly meetings to cover professional development, training, and technical topics. Co-host workshop with chapters sharing same interest. Recruit younger members with current and relevant topics and speakers. Improve return rate for first time attendees.
