About SolFinder • Engaged in Research and Development of products and services in the high technology space. • Incorporated as SolFinder Research (OPC) Private Limited in March 2018. • Headquartered at Ranchi, India. • Founded by Prateek Khanna , an IIT Kharagpur alumnus with 18+ years industry experience. • Meant to address a pressing demand-supply gap in the technology sector.

Journey So Far… • Envisioned in September 2018 • Basic infrastructure setup by November 2018 • Paperwork formalities initiated during December 2018 • Sample workitems for demonstration created during January 2018 • Filing initiated with MCA for incorporation in February 2018 • Approval for incorporation received on 5th March 2018 • Social Media and Digital Marketing during March 2018

Total Market Size: Worldwide tech industry worth > $3 trillion. SolFinder Research targets a slice of the high technology market segment in terms of products and services. Customers: Both within India and abroad

Current Solutions Bigger and established vendors already make use of mechanisms to adapt to this variability in the tech environment. Some of the larger technology vendors also intend to operate in a similar space but SolFinder Research will have the advantage of higher agility given its small size and lower cost structure.

Investment • At the inception stage, the company operations are being self financed. • We are also exploring alternate financing structure based on investor interest and operating requirements. • Additional investments will be used to fund marketing, domain expansion and procurement of hardware and software components.
