Things you will need:Digital weigh scale to keep track of your weight dailyDaily tracking sheet to monitor progressGroceries –  Chicken, fish, steak, veggies, fruits etc…Food scale – Meat should weigh 100 grams raw for each mealHCG dropsVitamin B12Potassium pills • BASIC MEAL PLAN: • Breakfast:Coffee or Herbal TeaNo FoodSnack:1 Fruit serving • Lunch:100 Grams Chicken, Beef, Whitefish, or ShellfishA handful of Vegetables1 Melba Toast Cracker • Snack:1 Fruit Serving • Dinner:100 Grams Chicken, Beef, Whitefish, or ShellfishA handful of Vegetables1 Melba Toast Cracker • **Take 10-15 drops of HCG 3x per day, preferably when you wake up, and 1/2 hour before lunch and dinner.

VEGAN/ VEGETARIAN HCG DIET PROTOCOLBREAKFASTTea or coffee in any quantityLUNCH & DINNERONE SERVING OF PROTEIN70 g of protein per day.  (1 scoop of protein powder equals one VLCD serving of protein.)Choose from Proteins such as:  Protein Powder, Cottage Cheese, Tofu, Eggs, Quinoa, Beans, etc.ONE SERVING OF VEGETABLESOne vegetable per meal, raw or cooked.
