Preposition of Time (Definition & Concept) It is the preposition that make you identify “the specific time period at which something happened” We use these prepositions when we are only known about time period rather than specific time.   4. use of “at” with examples It is the preposition that use to describe time frame of any festival or clock time. The only exception of it is the word Night. Ex: At 2:00 ‘O clock At night At Holi At 10 years old
