  3. Before the August 6th due date • Setup of Authorized User Account in e-Pay • Accept Financial Aid Awards • Complete the Direct Loan Requirements • Sign Master Promissory Note • Complete Entrance Counseling • Complete Parent Plus Loan Application https://studentloans.gov

  4. Student Health Insurance • Full-time matriculated students are automatically charged for health insurance coverage for the academic year. • If you are already individually covered, you may waive this policy through Banner Self-Service. • The charge will be removed within 24 hours. • This must be done by September 19, 2014. • After the due date, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

  5. How to pay your tuition bill • www.rowan.edu/epay • Login under Authorized Users • Pay your bill in full • Credit Card • Electronic Check • Enroll in Deferred Payment Plan • $30 Enrollment Fee • Three Installments Due Aug 6, Oct 1, & Nov 5

RowanCard security • Student must present their RowanCard to complete a transaction • Delivery service will require the student to present their RowanCard at the delivery location • Students should sign the merchant receipt so that their name is legible enough to be read • Delivery drivers are required to print the student’s name from the RowanCard underneath the student’s signature on the receipt • Manual entry of ID numbers is NOT allowed for any transactions made at a merchant location • If a merchant believes that the photo on the RowanCard presented to them does not match the customer, the merchant may request a second form of ID or confiscate the card and contact the university • Be diligent and watch your transactions by logging onto https://myrowancard.rowan.edu. If you suspect fraudulent activity, report it to Public Safety immediately
