Treatment Planning • CT images not send directly from CT scanner • Quality of CT images (contouring) • Iso-centre shift not independent of field shift • Undo button only for MLC contouring • Setup scan reference manual transfer introduces errors (auto transfer) • Limited planning technique for wide patients

  6. Patient Treatment • Can not extend imaging panels from outside • No portals for couch through 90 degrees • Reproducibility of setups (carry-overs from simulation) • Height of couch • Heavy patient (transfer to linacc) • Automated angle sequencing
