Description - Length: 3-5 feet from tip of nose to tip of tail - Height: 25-31 inches to shoulder - Weight:   Male:  90-175 pounds  Female:  slightly less - Shape:  Thick pads on their feet. they have a short muzzle, small ears, short legs, and a bulky body. - they are offwhite in the winter and tan to grey in the sumer months http://www.arkive.org/grey-wolf/canis-lupus/video-10.html

  4. Habitat -Alaska, Canada, Asia, and Europe -Arctic tundra    *temps. rarely reach above -33°c (-22°f)

  7. Socail Behavior - normally only the dominant male and female mate, but all of the members of the pack help care for the pups - they return to the same den to mate and to give birth year after year - they tend to have the same matetheir entire life -hunt in packs

  8. Temperment They are very protective of the pups! They can be very territorial! They are stubborn! They are agressive!                       CAUTION:                       EXTREMLY DANGEROUS!
