  25. Section 1 NCLB Public School Choice Options Funds NCLB School Choice Funding: • 20 % set aside equal to Title I, A allocation • Min. 5 % SES equal to Title I, A allocation • Min. 5 % CWT equal to Title I, A allocation (even if no CWT will be offered) • Max. 1 % Outreach of 20% set aside

Section 1 NCLB Public School Choice Options Funds Estimated roll forward if LEA did not reallocate remaining funds: • 0809 choice $ > 0910 choice fund added • Only remaining funds from 1% outreach can be rolled forwarded and used for next year’s outreach • not > 15 % of entire Title I allocation • Title I, A estimated roll forward takes precedence over Choice
