Aims of the Program • To support democratic and free-market transformation in the chosen countries of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia, mainly by sharing Polish experience in this sphere. • To contribute to educating new leaders as well as social, intellectual and economic elites, prepared for and capable of working for the benefit of democracy, free market economy and civil society. • To promote the idea of international cooperation, intercultural dialogue and ethical standards in cross-border cooperation.

Grant-makingcompetition • Open CfPfor Polish NGOsoperating in closepartnership with NGOs, localgovernmentunits, universities, otherinstitutions from the countriescovered by the Program. • Open regularlytwice a year– deadlines: mid-March & mid-October • On-lineapplication & grant management • Up to 40.000 PLN per grant • 20-23 grantsper 1 edition of the competition

  6. Other grant lines • Travel grants for grantees of the RITA and STP Programs • Grant reserve • Matching funds to bigger projects funded by other sponsors
