Automated Email and SMS Sending with Definable Rules and Pretty Content

This specification outlines the requirements for an automated system to send emails and SMS messages. It includes definable rules for content and timing, the ability to include contact-specific information, and the option to hold messages in drafts. The system should generate pretty HTML content for emails and allow for the definition of sender details. The sending process should occur nightly, with emails sent via Outlook 2012 and SMS messages sent through thankQ's SMS module. The specification also includes message definition options for HTML emails with banner pictures, embedded fields, and narrative rules, as well as options for narrative rules and embedded merge fields for SMS messages. The development cost is $5,000 (excluding GST), and the development timeline will be from March to September/October, with a prototype available for participating clients in May.
