Carey STEP partners) – TechShop connection added this year!(for Juniors and Seniors) ME/COOP (for Seniors only)

  3. CTE credits are now accepted as fine arts credits in the state of Arizona for college admittance! • Marketing students can now earn an IB Certificate in the Career-Related Program DECA Parent Potluck 2016

  5. DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges across the globe. Program goals include teaching students to be: • Academically Prepared • Community Oriented • Professionally Responsible • Experienced Leaders

DECA • An Association of Marketing Students;Internationally recognized • 215,000 international members • 8000 members in Arizona; 7th largest in the world! • Dues are paid through a class fee • $20 – due by August 26thto book store • Travel • Scholarships • Events / Competitions • Resume’s and applications • Pack Shack discounts!
