  6. Constant HSK Ops • Laundry: Sort, wash, dry, fold, iron • Housemen: Collect linen and trash from floors, respond to guest requests • Supervisor/Manager: Walking floors to check rooms and respond to housekeepers and management

  8. Operations • 3 am: Day is turned • 3:30 am-7 am: FD continues operations • 7 am-8 am: HSK break out house, meeting, gather supplies • 8 am-noon: FD gathers check outs, requests, late checkouts and stayovers. HSK finds check outs, flips rooms VR

  9. Noon-1 pm: Clearing of departures and discrepancy checks • 1 pm-3 pm (ish): HSK cleans and flips rooms VR. FD blocks rooms and checks in guests
