  2. PA6T简介 • PA6T全称对苯二甲酰己二胺，英文名polyhexamethylene terephthalamide （简称PA6T），属于聚酯系列.其电子零件用的PA6T/66为一种基于对苯二甲酸，己二酸及己二胺的改质尼龙6T， 其熔点高达310℃。 • PA6T塑料的注塑工艺 由于改性后的性能和用途级别相差很大，其加工工艺变数也很大，故应相应调整如下范围: a、干燥：110℃ /8-10Hr  b、注塑温度：315～335℃ c、模温：120～140℃

PA6T简介 • PA6T塑料的特性与应用 • 一、PA6T塑料的特性 1、优异的耐焊接性:PA6T具有很高的熔点(310℃)，其热变形温度也很高(约290℃)，因此可显现优异的耐焊接性(reflow solderability)。优异的耐焊接性使PA6T特别适用于表面黏着技术(SMT)用电子连接器。　　 2、优良的高温刚性PA6T在高温下仍可维持相当高的模数，譬如说在120℃时的模量为23℃时模量的55%。也就是说PA6T在广泛温度范围间可维持稳定而且优良的刚性。　　 3、吸水率低对于尼龙树脂而言，PA6T的吸水率相当低，仅为尼龙66的1/4至1/3。因此，PA6T因吸水所造成的物性变化相对较小。 4、优良的尺寸稳定性PA6T的吸水率相当低，因吸水而造成的尺寸变化相当小。 PA6T的热膨胀系数相当稳定，在高温范围中仍然维持在相当低的水准，因此，对温度变化的尺寸稳定性良好。
