  4. What Carpenters Do • They help build houses • They build cabinets and doors • Inspect and replace Framework • Measure, cut and install framework

  5. Education • Can start as a apprentice • Can go to college for blue prints • Shop class in High School • don’t need high school diploma

  6. Salary • Paid 12.50- 18$ per hour • 24,880-71,890 yearly • fulltime

  7. Promotions other Jobs • You can be a supervisor • Start own Business • Construction Worker • Steel Worker

  8. Positive • Get to work outside • Work with Hands • Get to help people • Are always in need

  9. Negative • Have to work in bad weather • A lot of physical work

  10. Are they Needed • Carpenters are always in a high demand
