  2. What is an Athletic Trainer and what do they do? Athletic directors are health care professionals who interact with physiciansAthletic trainer prevents injuries and they give immediate care when a person is injured.

  3. -An Athletic Trainer can work almost any time of environment: A high school, college, university, sports clinics, NBA, and health programs. - You may often see an athletic trainer in athletic gear such as yoga pants, sweatshirts or sweat pants.

  4. Daily Routine An Athletic Trainer does not really have a daily routine but they do have to be ready and prepared for any injury that comes their way.   5. How do I become an athletic trainer? To become a certified Athletic trainer, you must graduate from a masters or bachelors degree program given by the Commission of Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE).

  6. To meet the examination requirements for licensure as a certified athletic trainer, you must obtain satisfactory scores on athletic training examinations acceptable to the State Education Department.
