  3. New Teacher Profiles A – new to your program, but experienced in adult basic education at a different AEFLA-funded program B – new to AEFLA-funded adult ed, but experienced teaching adults C – completely new to teaching adults New Teacher Orientation - Profiles

Local Program NTO - PDAG will provide suggested topics to cover, local delivery Colorado AEFL NTO – PDAG is developing an online, self-paced course delivered through the CDE Web site Adult ed principles and practice NTO – PDAG will direct teachers to high-quality options – EDU courses, online self-study courses, online print resources Three Levels of NTO

Teachers participate in PD across four strands – refer to Guide to PD Reporting Teachers record PD Hours on Teacher’s Annual PD Activity Record Program Directors compile PD Hours of all AEFLA-paid staff on spreadsheet Submit spreadsheet as part of Annual Program Report – October 2009 PD Reporting – FY09
