To assist students develop capabilities to apply formal learning in real life situation 3.To sensitize students regarding local environmental problems, with a backdrop of threat to the home planet by continued depletion of ozone layer and greenhouse effect 4. To enthuse students help advance green technologies and green movements 5. To equip students with the ability to advise on the implicit and explicit costs of environmental technology transfer 6. To help students become independent and motivated researchers aiming at innovations and inventions to help contribute to the technological capability of Pakistan 7. To help students become citizens of the planet by lobbying for environmental protocols and the deliberations made by successive Earth Summits 8.To help students promote responsible national and planetary citizenship by widely sharing their expertise on international political economy of environment and international and national environmental laws 9. To help students become successful Ambassadors of local and globalenvironment with polished and refined communication, presentation and social skills 10.To enable students secure a decent living with the help of a higher degree having sufficient intrinsic worth to live up to the challenges of national and global job markets in the 21st century which may rightly be called the age of cut throat competition
