CLEANFEED began 2004 in British UK (England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland) & 2006 in Canada FIRST: Establish USCLEANFEED--Ban Criminal Distribution of Illegal Internet Child Pornography 1. Task FBI to Createa National Internet Child Pornography Filter-List (NICP-Filter-List). 2. Using NICP, Enable and Require Search Engines to Block Search Engine Results from Public Access or Display of Known Internet Child Pornography Websites or Pages. 3. BAN all Advertising of Known Internet Child Pornography Websites or Pages. 4. Require US-based Internet Service Providers (ISP) to Block or Filter any Known Internet Child Pornography Websites or Pages from Public Access. 5. Hold Search Engine & ISP CEOs civilly and criminally responsible, if not cooperating.
