  2. WELCOME! Ok everyone we are officially going to get started. My name is ______ and I am very excited to be here tonight. First, I would like to thank (hostess)for having us all over and all of you for coming. I want to give you (hostess)a special VIP card that I give to all of my hostesses. So let’s finish up our welcome and introductions by going around the room and telling two things about yourself…your name and what you would do with an extra $1000/month!   4. Explain How To Earn Extra Diva Dollars Throughout My Presentation (Hostess) tonight you are my partner in crime and basically that means I am going to make you work for that free jewelry! I have a special prize to give away tonight and the more diva dollars you ladies have the better your chance of winning it is. So, (Hostess) you are going to be in charge of passing out the Diva Dollars. Now, there are 2 ways to earn those from (Hostess). One is in just a bit I will be showing you some jewelry. When you see a piece you love, just shout out “Love it!” and (Hostess) will give you a Diva Dollar each time. The second way to earn tickets is that I am going to be showing you letters on my flipchart. The first TWO people to compliment our hostess with a word that begins with that letter will receive a Diva Dollar. Now, the compliments do need to be different. Ok ready our first letter is…

  6. D also stands for Dream Job I NEVER dreamed of being a jewelry lady! If you would have come to me 4 years ago and said I was going to sell jewelry, I would have thought you were crazy. From as early as I can remember, my dream job was to be a teacher. However, life continues to move forward and we grow and change as people. And so, like many Americans, my husband and I I found ourselves in some serious debt and we needed a way out! Now, 3 ½ years later, because of Premier, we have been able to make a dent in our debt and even have a little extra money to not have to stress over bills anymore. I asked (Hostess) who here would be an awesome Jewelry Diva and she chose…. Come on up _______. Everybody, show ______some love with your cheers! Do you know why they are cheering for you? Well it’s because you just had your Kick Off Show for your Premier Designs jewelry business and you’ve been trained one-on-one by me so you are ready to get your business going! Ladies, we have a fabulous accounting department in our Home Office in Texas who keep track of all of our numbers for us. So if numbers are not your thing, there’s no need to worry. But because _____is my pretend Jewelry Diva today, I need you to be her accounting department. Please pull out your folder and find the sheet that says, “Customer Profile” at the top. In that rectangle labeled How Much Did She Make? I am going to have you keep track of _____’s monthly income. The first person to add all 4 weeks together and shout it out loud will get 3 extra diva dollars for our fabulous prize!

  9. Week: One & Two ________, pick a day of the week that might not be as busy, where you could DVR your favorite shows, and go out to do your first jewelry show. She gives you a day of the week! Great night! You have an average jewelry show of $500 retail. You get paid 50% that night. That’s right, no waiting for a certain day of the month to get paid. Ladies, how much did she make? They respond $250!YES! (Hand her $250) – Write that down in the rectangle on your sheet. ************************************************************************************************** ________, it’s your second week. What day would you like to do a jewelry show? She gives you a day of the week! Another great night! You have an above average show of $800 retail. Ladies, how much does she make that night? They respond $400! Yes! (Hand her $400) – Write that down in the rectangle on your sheet.

  10. Week: Three _______, it’s your third week and you are way too busy with life and don’t have time to do a jewelry show, but you do have plans to go out to dinner with friends. While out your waitress notices your earnings, necklace, and bracelet and says, “Oh my stars! I love all of your jewelry! Please tell me you got it locally. I have an outfit that needs jewelry!” You respond, “Why yes, it is local! It’s so local that it’s the distance between you and me! It’s Premier Designs. Have you heard of us? Since you are a walking advertisement every time you leave the house, you sell all 3 pieces to her which is $100 in retail. Ladies, how much did she make going out to dinner? They respond $50. Yes! (Hand her $50). Be sure to write that down! Now, here is the best part! The waitress wants to earn free jewelry, so she does a catalog show for you totaling $200 retail. How much did ______ make? They respond $100! Yes! (Hand her $100). Write that down! So _____ was paid $150 to go out to dinner with friends! Not too bad!

  11. Week: Four _______, it’s your fourth week. What day would you like to do a jewelry show? She gives you a day of the week. Another great night! Can you tell that every night is a great night for a jewelry show? You have a smaller show with $400 retail. Ladies, how much does ______ make that night? They respond $200! Yes! (Hand her $200) Write that down! Ladies, how much did _____ make in her first 4 weeks with Premier? They respond $1000 (Give 100 Diva Dollars to the first person).

  12. Wrapping It Up That’s right, she made $1,000 going out 3 times for about 3-4 hours at a time, and going to dinner with her friends! She created her own schedule based on her life because there are no sales quotas. There are no territories or inventory required. The best part about Premier is you can do as little or as much as you want. When it comes to earning potential, the sky really is the limit! Shopping & Checkout Time • Jewelry in the catalog is scaled to 80% of the actual size. • There is an index in the back of the catalog and a ring sizer on the jewelry table • Payment is due tonight – You can shop with cash, check, all major credit cards • All of the jewelry will be delivered to (Hostess) within two weeks and it comes individually packaged, making it very easy to pass out. • If you were to get a piece of jewelry that you didn’t get to see tonight and it was not exactly what you thought it would be or a ring didn’t fit properly, you can exchange any piece within 5 days of receiving it. My information will be on your receipt, just call or email me and I will get you a catalog to choose a new piece. • Please take a minute to fill out the remaining questions on your customer profile (Go through this with them) • I will exchange you your customer profile for a catalog  • Please return your folders, catalogs, pens and any other materials to me.
