  2. Introduction Our Founding Fathers were comprised of a group of influential men that transformed America. They created and implemented the most important historical documents that still govern our nation today! These Include: • Declaration of Independence • Articles of Confederation • United States Constitution Next Slide

Your task will be to research a Founding Father and present your findings through the creation of a PowerPoint presentation. • Founding Fathers to be assigned • Benjamin Franklin • John Adams • Thomas Jefferson • Alexander Hamilton • George Washington • James Madison • John Jay • Patrick Henry • Groups of 3 will be assigned and each will be given a founding father to research. Students will get together with the other members of the group and discuss and delegate the research tasks so each member will be a researcher and an integral part of completing the assignment. • In the PowerPoint presentation you must incorporate the following items: • Short biography on the live of your Founding Father • Founding Father’s achievements/accomplishments within their life time • The Founding Father’s political influences and political views • Next Slide

Process • Get together with your assigned group. • Discuss and delegate which group member will research each section of the assigned Founding Father. • Begin researching your Founding Father by using the approved websites by your teacher. • After completing research on your section, discuss your findings with your group. • Compose and create a PowerPoint presentation with a minimum requirement of 3 slides. • Present your final presentation to the class. • Next Slide
