  4. DO NOW: • * Have you or do you know personally anyone that has gotten into trouble by positing a picture online/sending a text or picture? What were the negative effects as a result of your actions/the person’s actions?

Use information from the article “Don’t Track in Dirt With Your Digital Footprint” and examples from your own experience. • There are over 1.5 billion Web surfers worldwide, and photos and videos can reach millions within seconds. • Our digital footprint, which includes the content available about us online, (including texts, photographs, audio, and video) can be traceable and permanent.

  13. Introduction Paragraph- General Statement • Example: • Over 1.5 people surf the web worldwide, so pictures and videos can reach millions of people within seconds. A digital footprint includes all of the information available about a person online, and it is traceable and permanent.
