Nursing Assistants • Nursing Assistants provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nursing staff. • Nursing Assistants feed, bathe, dress, groom, or move patients or clients. • Nursing Assistants observe patients' conditions and vital signs and report changes to professional staff. • Nursing Assistant care for, communicate with, and teach people-both clients and families. • Nursing Assistants are important members of the health care team since they spend the most time with clients.

  7. What is a Phlebotomist? A Phlebotomist is an individual who performs phlebotomy; the collection of blood from a patient who may be in a hospital, in a long-term care facility, at a clinic, or at a home.

  10. Bookkeeper-Accounting Clerks • Bookkeeping and accounting clerks manage the financial records of companies or clients. • Bookkeeping and accounting clerks document and record financial data. This information is used for reports, research, financial statements, and payroll use.

  11. Bookkeeper-Accounting Clerks • In smaller offices, bookkeepers handle all finances. They record money taken in or spent. They summarize spending habits and prepare reports for managers and supervisors. They may also prepare bank deposits by collecting cash and checks.
