  4. Set your TriNet to make VOIP Calls 1. Plug the Ethernet cable from your modem to the WAN port 2. Plug in your phone to slot 1 Tip 3. Plug in the power and turn on 4. Wait for the ONLINE to be on, approximately 15 sec

  5. What if the TriNet ONLINE light does not turn on? The unit has three ways to connect to the Internet: DHCP PPPOE STATIC DHCP: Internet connection typical to cable companies, does NOT need a username and password PPPOE: Internet connection typically provided by telephone companies, like ATT, also known as DSL. This connection requires a username and password and is needed to set up the connection. STATIC: Type of connection where IP address stays the same. Typically in corporate office environments. To change any settings and get the most out of the TriNet you must log-in to the unit

  6. Three steps to log in to your TriNet You do Not need to be connected to the internet! Open the browser in your computerand enter 192.168.24.1 2 1 Connect computer to any of the TriNet LAN ports Enter the following information: 3 admin iconnect

  7. What if the TriNet ONLINE light does not turn on? The unit has three ways to connect to the Internet: DHCP PPPOE STATIC Most common isDHCP,TriNet’s default setting, and PPPOE To change the setting you must log to your TriNet (see slide 5) At the menu select 2.1 scroll down select PPPOE apply reboot menu 5.4 After reboot, select 2.2 from the menu and enter login name and password and click “Apply”. Provided by your internet co. Update succeed,if want to effect, please reboot the system

  8. The moment the ON LINE is on you can start dialing national and international calls For US, Canada and the Caribbean: 1 + area code + number (1 503 232 0000) For international calling: country code + area code + number + # (44 2 698 2222#) Tip Customize dialing

Customize your dialing The telecom company needs to receive a complete set of numbers that will enable them to deliver your call for example: calling London 011 44 20 555 9090 = 14 digits dialing Long distance Country code City code Destination With the TriNet you can set the dialing for only 7 digits, starting with 2-9, as it was set. Every time you call London, it is as if you are in London. Even from your cell phone! 555-9090 2 9 0 4420

  10. Set your TriNet to make cell phone calls 1.Turn off the TriNet, Insert Sim Card 2. Install the Antenna and turn the unit back on 4. When GSMlight starts blinkingyou’re ready to use your cell phone. 3. Wait a minute for RSSI 1(ANTTENA) to light up solid.

  11. CONGRATULATIONS! NOW you can make calls from your cell phone! Simply dial your TriNet SIM phone number, and dial your destination number followed by # follow the voice prompt, Tip

  12. Creating your own Auto-Attendant recordings From any attached phone, enter ** and wait for a dial tone. Select a file from the list below that you want to record, followed by a # For example lets record welcome Record your greeting then # Enter twice ** 8# Wait for a dial tone then hang up To hear your recording, do not hang up, just dial 8 * Welcome file 8

  13. Forward the call to your cell phone Enable auto forward Enter yourcell number On the menu select 3 and then 3.2 Select # rings Apply
