  2. What is cannibalism, and what’s their history? Cannibalism is the act or practice of a human eating another human beings flesh. It is also known as anthropophagy. Cannibals history begins over 780,000 years ago in Spain.

  3. Do they really exist? Currently, there is only one tribe that exists and still does it, they are known as the Korowai tribe. You find the Korowai tribe in either Liberia of the Congo. And people are still researching if they well continue doing it for eternity (as a traditional culture), or they’ll stop.

  4. Why do they do it? Things don’t just happen, everything requires a reason. And some of the cannibalism reasons are: 1- Cultural norm 2- Extreme situations of famine 3- Insanity or social deviancy

  5. Does it look like it well be carried for generations? The basic answer to that, is no. Since the only existing tribe is the Korowai, and you seem to find them in a really small numbers. Korowai’s are eventually going to get influenced by the surrounding cultures of civilization. And no one yet knows how far they are going to resume the act of cannibalism.

  6. Uruguayan Air Force 571 The Uruguayan Air Force 571 is one of the biggest incidents of cannibalism. The plane was carrying a rugby team of 45 members. It happened in Andes, October 13, 1972. 16 survivors were rescued on December 23, 1972. After living a couple of months on dead humans flesh.

  7. Would you do it? The most common answer for this question it simply no. Lot of people thinks it’s disgusting. Not only that, but because they have all the sources they need of food etc. and in most religions it is “forbidden”.

  8. Why does it seem morally unacceptable? Lot of people say its unacceptable. Mainly, it is because of the culture your living in. People do that for reasons (as mentioned above) and many people lately, don’t have that kind of problems.
