Ilias Atwani’s Talents Outside Of Work Include Photography, Writing, And More… Working as a Mine Operations Coordinator for a senior Canadian gold mining firm in its mine operations department, Ilias Atwani is a well- accomplished mining industry professional. He has previously worked with many top organizations, which include a well-known Meknes, Morocco based company that he started his career with back in 2008, a British-Swiss multinational commodity trading & mining company, and many more. Ilias Atwani is a member of a number of notable organizations, such as the Corporation of the Seven Wardens Inc.; Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ); Quebec Order of Engineers; and Alumni Association of Laval University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling, trekking, hiking, and exploring various cultures from around the world. He has special interest in languages, and has bilingual proficiency in English, French, and Arabic and limited working proficiency in Spanish. While studying at Laval University, he served as an emergency evacuations volunteer for more than 3 years and contributed to disaster and humanitarian relief as well.
