Please check it each night. • Two labeled pockets inside: • Keep at Home pocket - Your child will bring home completed work or other papers that do not need to be returned to school. • Return to School pocket - Any notes you send should be placed on this side. Likewise, if there are papers that require your signature and need to be returned, your child will place them in this pocket. • Remember that if your child is having any transportation changes we will need a note. Also, if you child is going to a friends house we need a note from both parties.

We would like to encourage you to donate a birthday book to the class that will be read during your child’s birthday celebration. This book can be new or used and will remain in the classroom. • Please also do not send birthday party invitations to be passed out at school unless inviting the entire class.

  15. Behavior Plan We will be starting the year off by using Class Dojo! Class Dojo is a free iPad app used to track appropriate and inappropriate behavior in class. Your child will have a Class Dojo account set up. Once it is in place you will receive a note and a password to be able to check your child’s behavior on the internet nightly. If needed we will change the plan to also include a clip chart to track students daily behavior as well!
