AP o AF de Preeclampsia Embarazo múltiple Condiciones asociadas Edad >35 o <16a Periodo intergenésico >10a Nuliparidad Anomalías congénitas Infecciones Embarazo molar Primipaternidad Afrocolombianos IMC >29 PAD > 80mmHg PAS > 130mmHg Aumento brusco en el peso peso o AU Riesgo biopsicosocial Proteinuria > 300mg /24h Elevación del A. úrico Hematocrito sin descenso fisiológico VDRL falso positivo Madre soltera Edema facial y/o de manos Roll-over test positivo Análisis Factores de Riesgo para PE

  5. HTA HTA crónica HTA gestacional PREECLAMPSIA ECLAMPSIA HELLP Análisis • HTA • Embarazo >20 sem • Proteinuria > 300mg/24h • Creatinina >1.08mg% • Oliguria • Transaminasas elevadas • Alteraciones neurológicas • Alteraciones hematológicas • RCIU

  6. Factores de riesgo Hemograma (Tercer Trimestre) A. Úrico (Primer y tercer trimestre) Búsqueda de infecciones Búsqueda de DM HTA Repetir a las 6 horas Proteinuria Creatinina AST y ALT Hemograma (recuento de plaquetas) Diagnóstico Ibarra JE, Alvarez E. www.sos.com.co

  7. Tratamiento • Remisión inmediata • HTA • Sx de HELLP • Síntomas tempranos de preeclampsia Ibarra JE, Alvarez E. www.sos.com.co

  8. Tratamiento • Remisión ambulatoria • HTA • Sin indicaciones para remisión inmediata • PE en embarazo previo • Condiciones asociadas • 2 o más FR para PE Ibarra JE, Alvarez E. www.sos.com.co

  9. Tratamiento • Si hay FR para PE: • Ingesta de lácteos bajos en grasa • Carbonato de Calcio 1200mg/día + dieta • Ácido linoleico • Tto farmacológico según interconsultor • Síntomas premonitorios • Manejo de infecciones • Manejo de DM • Hierro Ibarra JE, Alvarez E. www.sos.com.co
