  2. Preliminary note Only to simplify the project management, and to describe more clearly the six project activities foreseen,they will be stressed in 4 WORK PACKAGES

  4. WORK PACKAGE 1PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES: 1.1 Activities plan definition 1.2 Financial Management 1.3 Final Budget Definition 1.4 Composition of Management and Monitoring Committee 1.5 Monitoring reports(in itinere + final)

  5. 1.1 Activities Plan definition No later than 31 March all partners have to agree the activities plan Coordinator: Province of Pisa; Partners involved: Romanian partners and Santa Maria a Monte Municipality

  6. 1.2 Financial Management Province of Pisa will take in charge, like head of project, the complete financial management of the project. Coordinator: Province of Pisa; Partners involved: All

  7. 1.3 Final Budget Definition No later than 31 March partners can transmit their observations Coordinator: Province of Pisa Partners involved in the action: Romanian partners, UNCJR, Santa Maria a Monte municipality

  8. 1.4 Composition of Management and Monitoring Committee Proposal of composition: UPI UNCJR Province of Pisa Mures County Main tasks of Committee: • Control of project temporary development • Evaluation of project performance (i.e. monitoring of ongoing project efficiency) Coordinator: Province of Pisa Partners involved in the action: UPI, UNCJR, Romanian Counties and Municipalities

  9. WORK PACKAGE 2 TRAINING ACTIVITIES: 2.1 Identification of attendees at training course; 2.2 First training course; 2.3 Distance Tutoring; 2.4 Second Training course;

  10. 2.1 IDENTIFICATION OF ATTENDEES AT TRAINING COURSES Identification of attendees from each romanian counties ( 2 officers*+ 1 politician) and 2 from municipalities (1officer* + 1politician) Coordinator:UNCJR Partners involved: romanian counties and municipalities * Head of Office (i.e. economic development, european policies, rural development, employement office)

  11. 2.2 First Training course Cluj County will host the first training course 17-19 May 2007 Coordinator: Province of Pisa,UNCJR, Arad County Partner involved in the action: romanian counties and municipalities

  12. 2.1 FIRST TRAINING COURSE Cluj, 17-19 May 2007 22 hours of frontal lessons Main deepening subjects • the consequences of Romanian accession to the EU • economic and social cohesion-Lisbon Strategy • the new programming period 2007-2013 of Structural Funds and programs; Coordinator: Province of Pisa, UNCJR, Cluj County Partners involved in the action: romanian counties and municipalities

  13. 2.3 DISTANCE TUTORING The period between the first and the second training course ( 20 May to 20 July) the Province of Pisa will give assistance for project hypotesis and specific case of acknowledgement of informations. • Coordinator: Province of Pisa; • Partners involved in the action: UPI, UNCJR, romanian counties and municipalities

Arad County, 27-29 September 22 hours of frontal lessons Main deepening subjects: the management of projects under the European territorial cooperation the implementation of EU Regional Policy through national instruments the operation of local autonomies in EU member States, with particular attention to the Italian situation and experience Coordinator: Province of Pisa, UNCJR, Arad County. Partners involved in the action: romanian counties and municipalities 2.4 SECOND TRAINING COURSE

  16. 3.1 First Twinning Pisa, 16-21 October 2007 Arad County and Municipality, Maramures County and Targu Lapus Municipality *, will be joined by functionnaries of Province of Pisa and Santa Maria a Monte Main activities previewed : • Involvement in working activities of local authorities • Participation at regional meetings • Joining development of Structural Fund projecting Coordinator: Province of Pisa and Santa Maria a Monte Municipality Parteners involved in the action: UNCJR, Arad and Maramures counties and Arad and Targu Lapus municipalities * one person each

  17. 3.2 Second Twinning Pisa,11-16 December 2007 Neamt, Mures, Calarasi, Cluj and Timis Counties*,will be joined by functionnaries of Province of Pisa and Santa Maria a Monte Main activities previewed : • Involvement in working activities of local authorities • Participation at regional meeting • Joining development of Structural Fund projecting Coordinator: Province of Pisa and Santa Maria a Monte Municipality Parteners involved in the action: UNCJR, Neamt, Mures, Calarasi, Cluj and Timis counties * one person each

  19. 4.1 Press conference and Clipping At the beginning of the first and the second training course two main press conferences: Cluj, 17 May 2007 Arad, 27 September 2007 Cooordinator: UNCJR, Arad and Cluj Counties Partners involved in the action: Province of Pisa, romanian counties and municipalities

  20. 4.2 WEB SITES LISTING All partners have to write a list of possible local, national and european institutional web sites to publish project news Coordinator: Province of Pisa, UNCJR Partners involved in the action: All

  21. 4.3 CD Rom Training A cd-rom training will be realized, in which will be assembled all the most important project activities and results The CD will be, also, the tool to promote project experiences Coordinator: Province of Pisa Partners involved in the action: all
