Activity 2: “Manuel has no luck today!” • You have to create a short story about how Manuel suffers an accident and develop a further investigation using the 5 first steps of the process. • Within your group, write down your story and investigation on the paper provided. You could use the format of your choice: Cartoon or bubble drawings, bullet points, story board or just in words, but remember that you will also have to fill in the HSE form provided. • To complete steps 6 and 7,exchange the investigation with the other group and develop adequate control measures for the other team’s scenario.
