5.2.07 Cor angio and RCA stenting LIMA and D1 graft patent. Stenoses at toe of LIMA and in LAD Sub-total occlusion of proximal RCA Proceed to reopen RCA: JR4 guide. Choice Extrasupport PT wire Maverick 2.0 x 15 to 14 atm. Co-Star DES over distal lesion Ostium dilated with 3.0 x 15 balloon 4.0 x 20 Liberte BMS to overlap 1st stent distally and to cover ostium proximally. Minor distal disease in RCA and LCA not touched
