  2. Invented by Sabeer Bhatia and now being revamped by Microsoft in the form of Outlook, Hotmail is a mail interface used by millions of users. But not all of them some of the unconventional but useful features of Hotmail. We will discuss two such features in this email.

  3. Conversation View Imagine a scenario in which you were having a conversation with your friends on some random topic. The conversation took place by sending and receiving emails between various people. What if you want to view the entire conversation at one place? It has made this possible with its new feature of the “conversation” view.

  4. All you have to do is Click on “Arrange By” icon which has been placed on the right (below the search box) and then choose “conversation” from the drop down menu. Now, you can see the entire conversation. And it displays the complete conversation history along with date and time. Awesome! Right! This feature is so clean and user-friendly that I am sure you are thinking why didn’t you use it earlier and want to try and use this feature immediately.

  5. 2. Sweep This feature helps in managing the clutter in the inbox. In case the user is receiving a daily newsletter which he or she doesn’t need then they all they have to do is check the mail, tap on “Sweep” button and choose to Move all from or Delete all from.

  6. In some cases, you might want to read those newsletters later, in that case, you can move those newsletters to another folder so that you can view them later by selecting the option “Move all from”. The user can also select the option “Also move future mails” if they don’t want to receive any email newsletter from the same company in their inbox in future also.
