Data Led Sales Force An experienced wholesale sales team that is data literate and has strong relationships at national account and depot level. All our services are menu based and tailored to your specific needs.

The Data Bureau Channel Insight Service • - Taking data that you already purchase, we will produce you a consolidated report of your sales across multiple wholesale operators, totalled to show: • Your overall wsale/conv. performance • Your total sales by category/sub cat • Your total sales by sku • Competitor data (where available) • - Also broken down by operator to identify key trends by account and annotated with specific insights. • Data can be manipulated to show your own categories, your own volume reporting (hectelitres/9 litres) regardless of the original data format • Reports produced monthly • Ad hoc data can be run on request

The Data Bureau Depot Score Cards • We have developed a score card to statistically evaluate depot performance and determine the appropriate sales activity to correct under-performance. • The score card process would be applied to all depots within a group to identify under-performers against a range of criteria that are measured within the scoring such as category growth, competition, strength of depot. • Easy to read, depots are traffic lighted based on priority and passed to sales to remedy as indicated.

The Data Bureau Depot Sales Packs • Based on the results from the score card overlaid by further analysis we will produce presenters for your sales force (or ours if contracted) to use in depot to: • Illustrate category activity • Report on performance in that depot vs the group it operates within • Highlight sales opportunities • Provide quantifiable growth targets (perhaps measurable growth in distribution, sales volumes against particular skus or within certain customer segments) • Build an evidence base for less subjective sales negotiations
