  6. Made in Italy... 10% of B&C’s workforce (of 90 employees) is dedicated to Research & Development. B&C manufactures all its products in its state-of-art production facility located in Bagno a Ripoli (Firenze) that was built in 2009. This 8,800 m2 production facility merged previously-seperate production units into one single building, increasing assembly capacity and incorporating a higher level of automation. B&C has sales and distribution centers in USA and Brazil: two important markets for its products. B&C has always focused greatly on quality control, which provided the company with the international reputation of providing leading edge products of the highest quality.

  18. 1H2011 SummaryP&L -Consolidated • 1H2011 Revenues up 17% YoY, due both to increasing sales volumes and product prices. In 2Q2011 the company generatedsalesrevenuesof €6.8mn, whichhasbeen the highestquarterlyrevenueevergenerated in Company’shistory. • The contraction in the EBITDA margin in 1H2011 is mainly a result of increasing raw material (aluminium and neodymium) costs. • 1H2011 bottomlineimproved 9% YoY, from €1.4mn in 1H2010 to €1.5mn in 1H2011.

  21. 2011 • B&CSpeakersbudgeted a Total Revenuesof €26.9mnfor 2011, whichrepresented a 15% YoYincrease. However, this target isexpectedtobeexceeded due tofurtherproduct price increases. • Due toincreasingraw material costs (particularly the costofneodymium), the management forsees a c. 25% increase in production costswithin the secondhalfof the year. Thisexpectedincrease in costs are partlytobereflectedtofinalproductprices. Operatingmargins are tobeslightlycontracted. • At present, the valueof the Company’sorder portfolio is at around €8 mn, whichis 32% highercomparedto the € 6mn oforder portfolio by the end of August 2010.
