  7. 진단용방사선발생장치의 안전관리에 관한 규칙 방사선방어시설의 검사기준(제4조제3항관련) * 별표 2의 제1호에 바목을 다음과 같이 신설한다. 바. 유방촬영용장치의 방사선방어시설 유방촬영용장치는 가(1)에 의한 차폐된 촬영실에 설치하여야 하고, 방사선제어장치를 촬영실 내부에 설치하는 경우에는 (2)(나) 및 (다)에 의한 진료용엑스선방어칸막이로 방어벽의 설치를 갈음할 수 있다. (나) 진료용엑스선방어칸막이 외측에서의 누설선량은 2.58×10-5 C/kg(주당 100mR) 이하이어야 한다. (다) 진료용엑스선방어칸막이의 크기는 가로 0.8 m×세로 1.8 m 이상이어야 한다. 대한유방영상기술학회(www.bitsk.or.kr)
