Planned Assets • Incubation- minimum 44 wet/dry laboratory incubator spaces (($4.3 million US Dept. of Commerce (EDA Grant)) ($6.0 million tax increment finance accrued by Scottsburg) • Presentation Hall- 120 seat, cutting edge virtual communication system • Classified Secure Rooms- 2 military approved workspaces • Supercomputer • Energy Training & Teaching Center (ETTC) (Ogle Foundation) (USDA Community Facilities Grant)

Planned Assets • Machine Shop – Fully equipped industrial machine shop • Full Time Business Advisor on staff- in partnership with the ISBDC • Room to Grow- Sixty + acres available to expand • Fiber Optic Communication Line – Owned by the city of Scottsburg • Prototype Printer (Grant from OCRA)

Planned Assets • Advanced manufacturing training (DOL/ IDWD) • Techs-N-Training – (Strengthening Families Block Grant) • 2 Ten Kilowatt photo voltaic solar panels (Grant from Indiana Department of Energy) (Alternative Power & Energy Grant) • Accelerator- Fully capable of supporting advanced manufacturing processes • Supports cutting edge education techniques- 21st Century learning programs
