  2. How you get Rickets • Rickets is the softening of bones in children the leads to bone fractures of bone deformation. • Rickets is most common when you’re a kid and the only reason you will get rickets is if your diet has low vitamin C and or calcium.

  3. How to prevent Rickets. • The only way you can prevent Rickets is to eat more vitamin C or calcium. • You can also just add more vitamins and minerals to your diet.

  4. Some ways you can get Rickets when your older • If you are really sick and haven't eaten in days your bodies is lacking in lots of vitamins and minerals which will cause Rickets. If you don’t get your bones strong and healthy you could find yourself with broken bones and or deformation.

  5. Meal plan high in vitamin c • Rose hip extracts, Blackcurrant, Guava, Strawberry, Lemon, Orange, Kiwi, Clementine, Grapefruit, Raspberry, Lychees, Nectarines, Peaches, Mangoes, Peppers ,Spring greens ,Brussels sprouts ,Broccoli ,Curly Kale, Gourd, Mange-tout peas, Cauliflower, Tomato, Green Cabbage, Potatoes • Add these foods in your daily diet. One food per meal

  6. Meal plan high in calcium • Hard Cheese, Whitebait Sardines, Tofu, Anchovies, Almonds, Milk, Fish Paste, Spinach, Yogurt, Breads, broccoli. • Add to daily diet one food per meal.

  7. If you’re a child…… • Meal plan for your baby is just to add vitamin c and calcium tablets to you babies milk.
